Refund Policy

Since all our quilt patterns are digital products, we cannot accept returns once a file has been downloaded or delivered. However, we want every maker to feel confident shopping with us.

You may be eligible for a refund if:
* You accidentally purchased the same pattern more than once.
* A file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be opened, and we’re unable to provide a corrected version.
* You were charged but did not receive your download link after contacting our support team.
If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 15 business days.
